How We Evaluate
What we compare
Price context, condition labels, included accessories, seller terms, shipping and returns, and model-specific risks such as locks, battery wear or mount compatibility.
How we label facts
- Official specification — from the manufacturer, with a source link.
- Seller description — what a seller wrote in a listing; we do not verify it.
- External test — a third party’s published result, attributed.
- Our analysis — our reasoning from the above, labeled as such.
What we do not do
- We do not test, inspect or repair the items. We do not publish usage reviews or inspection results.
- We do not treat a high seller rating as a guarantee of condition or safety.
- We do not call a price the lowest or below market unless we state the basis. Asking prices are not sale prices.
- We show a listing’s price only with the time we checked it. If the check is old, we hide the price and send you to eBay.
Condition labels
We use eBay’s published condition definitions. We mark a listing as eBay Refurbished, Certified or covered by a guarantee only when that specific listing shows it.
